February 27th 2010, 3:37 am: An 8.9 Righter magnitude earthquake stroke south central Chile. At 3:45 am the first of three 15 meters high sea waves wiped cities, fishermen coves and holiday resorts. After the quake and tsunami followed a Communications crack down, roads and houses turned apart and about 500 people dead or disappeared and 17.000 displaced. Even though major destruction and millions to be spend on rebuilding, Chile`s quake and tsunami culture prevented heavy human loses....
